Guided Meditation in a group lead by a facilitator (bi-weekly) Beginners and Advanced meditators are invited. Meditation using a guided process, promotes the clearing of blocks to aliveness. Bring: your Yoga mat or blanket and pillow to sit on, your journal and water bottle. Come prepared your way.
